This is a safe, supportive space for people with disability, their families and advocates.

We’re here to help you and your family create the good life you envision. Peer support is a powerful way to connect, share knowledge and build confidence.

Feel heard and seen

Talk with someone who has gone through the ups and downs of disability services. Their first-hand experience and empathy  can provide reassurance and encouragement in challenging times.

How it works

Call us from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, for quick advice or more in-depth support.

With your permission, we can follow up in a week or two to check in. You can also sign up for updates on workshops and events.

You don’t have to figure it out alone. We’re here to help.
